As a first time boat owner, your staff has gone above and beyond any expectations. Jason took numerous phone calls when finalizing our purchase. Brandon took time away from his family on his day off to take us out for the first time. Thank you Hall’s Team for a job well done.

I thought customer service was gone for good until I came to Halls in GR. I called for issues with my cables and they said to come over. The service manager solved my problem. This guy knew his stuff. I have told 15 boat friends about the great hospitality you gave me. Thanks again, boat safe.

Last May we bought a used 1995 238 Vista. We spent almost every weekend on the boat. I lost track how many times someone at the docks commented how new our old boat looked. The boat ran perfectly all summer. Harold and the team at Halls took very good care of us when we took delivery. Thanks Ryan and everyone at Halls!

We just received our new Polar Kraft fishing boat and we love it. We special ordered it and Brandon kept us informed of each step of building and delivery times. Financing was a breeze and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend them and Polar Kraft fishing boats.

I purchased a used (brokered) boat from Hall's and there was an unexpected issue with the motor. The team at Hall's took it upon themselves to make the repair with zero cost to me. Bought my Pontoon at Halls Sport Center in 2015, I have brought my pontoon in each year for years in Maintance and small warranty issues.I had two rear speakers installed with a sub woofer, i recently developed a bug in the system. Tim, the service manager asked me to bring the boat in he personaly jumped in and found the program. It was a problem with the wireing instructions, Tim figurered it out and had me on my way in an hour.Tim and Halls did a great job , they belive in outstanding customer support.

I REALLY want to give a shout out to Harold and his crew ! They came out today..on a rainy, cold windy, day on the lake ..and finished off installing parts and motor for my boat lift . If you're looking for a boat or lift.. stop in and see Harold. You WON"T be disappointed!

While shopping for a new pontoon, we were helped by Jim Rigby initially at the Grand Rapids Boat Show. He spent so much time with us and was so helpful, we made the trip from SE Michigan to Hall's in Muskegon where he continued the great service. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and worked to provide us with what we were looking for.

I've always taken my boat to hulls. They've always provided excellent customer service as well as delivered what they've promised. I've used the hall's in Muskegon and the one in Allendale on lake Michigan drive. I will ssy the Muskegon halls has quicker turnover because they have like 7 technicians and lake Michigan drive location only has a couple.
